This is a recreated Bridgehampton Racetrack, built in 1957. The track was located in the heart of the Hamptons on Long Island, New York. This track is modeled after later years, around the late 80s and early 90s, when there was wild grass everywhere and the trees were tall. THIS IS NOT THE AVERAGE ASSETTO CORSA CONVERSION THAT YOU ARE USED TO SEEING! I decided to recreate the track from scratch to use all the features built into the game engine. Thus, you can enjoy a beautiful track, perfect vegetation and materials, excellent physics and performance optimization... it cost me weeks of work, but the track is actually fully functional and ready for the race! All the path barriers and object collision grids have been recreated in the game engine to avoid the "stickiness" problem that you are used to seeing in other Assetto Corsa transformations. In the next updates, I will improve the overall appearance of the track to make it more similar to the AC version (this is really an accurate representation of what the track was at that time), and correct the background occlusion at some points of the track, I will add visual damage to the asphalt and try to create an AI path for autonomous racing.
