23. Reason: The mod has been updated to version 17.09.23

This is just the beginning of work on the mod, so do not be surprised if there are errors and freezes in it.
To begin with, I made the T-64BV tank in two versions - the USSR and the modernization of 2017.
Of the main problems that I am aware of:
- lack of interior
- lags during spawn
- not very good armor

Required: Armed Vehicles Framework (AVF) and GMod-esque Menu.
