This mod includes GAZ-24 with the ability to spawn with different variations of different annual intervals. The mod uses a script for doors, radio sets, interior lighting, police lights, and more.

Installation Instructions:

Download the archive
Go to the archive and copy the folder with the mod
Paste it into the "mods" folder in the root folder of your Teardown
Have a nice game
