MOD 9K330 "Tor" for TEARDOWN

The 9K330 Tor short-range self-propelled SAM, known in the West as the SA-15 Gauntlet. Get into the car, press "P" to turn on/off the radar scan, hold "Z/X" to rotate the turret, press "+/-" to switch between detected targets and press RMB (right mouse button) to launch a homing missile towards a blocked target.

If you turn on the radar, it will work even if you are not on board, which means that you can fix the target and launch missiles using the remote control, as if you were on Tor.

Several vehicles have already been included in the demo scene to demonstrate the radar. Any vehicles (including planes) spawned by the player will also be detected as targets.

NOTE:
1. This is still a working project and spauning is not currently supported.
2. The "Flying Planes + Spawning" mod from @Cheejins is optional in the list of dependencies if you do not want to spawn planes and test the functionality of anti-aircraft installations.
