Using these tools, you can attach one object to another or teleport an object.

How to use:

Place two objects close to each other, they should touch.
Left-click on the place where they touch, now they are welded together.
Press X to switch the teleportation welding mode

Left-click on one object that you want to weld to another
Left-click on the second object, the first object teleports to the second, and now they are welded to each other!
Click the middle mouse button to lock the shape in place

Installation Instructions:

Unzip the archive to the Documents\Teardown\mods folder. All the necessary information about unpacking RAR, ZIP, 7z and other archives can be found in the special material.
