MOD Advanced Light System for TEARDOWN

This is a revised version of ALS, it's not finished yet, but I think it's already good enough to be released, with that in mind, if you find any bugs or glitches, report it in the comments on the bugs and glitches tab.

J: Low beam
k: High beam
L: Flashing high beam
H: Fog light
M: Warning lights
, : Blinking when turning left (or "<" for standard push-button phones)
. : Right turn (or ">" for standard push-button phones)
EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND SIRENS

i : Emergency lights
O: Emergency lights 2
P: Emergency lights 3
U: Directional lights
1: Siren 1
2: Siren 2
3: Siren 3
T: Temporary siren/Signal change
T+Y: Replacement signal
G: beep
