MOD Super Lab (Breaking Bad) for TEARDOWN

A large underground laboratory that can be used for legitimate or non-legitimate purposes ;)
This map also includes a surface world, a small house, an island and 15 spawnable objects.

What to expect:

All assets created for destruction have hidden layers to make them interesting to break.
Lots of details, including functional and explosive assets.
A map of the surface located above the laboratory.
