MOD Dynamic and Flammable Office Building for TEARDOWN

I made a flammable and dynamic office building using ball joints. Most of the structure is highly flammable and dynamic (including beams). Ideal for fire fighting simulation.

It's A WORK IN PROGRESS. Some things can be buggy. and the earth is just a place to be placed at the moment. More things will be added in the future (lobby, restaurant, maybe an observation deck).

In addition, this card is very demanding on performance. If it lags too much, use the light switch in the lobby. Perhaps soon I will work on the menu, as in my other map.
