Mod TIGER VERSION 2.0 for SPINTIRES (V03.03.16)

Well, I decided, all the same, finish this mod :)
Changed the amount of fuel tank
Changed the characteristics.
Well and on trifles.

This mod was compiled by me as an experimental one, I tried to animate the springs in a new way with the help of bones, one good plug-in for 3ds max and no animation (like AutomaticIK) in the xml file.
There are no addons, who wish, can work on them. The mod was just lying and gathering dust, since I now have no access to 3ds max.
