Mod DONGFENG VERSION 3 for Spintires V03.03.16

During the operation of the mod on the cards, I wanted to redo it a bit, namely:

- Changed some textures;
- Slightly changed add-ons;
- Increased clearance.

Chinese truck Dongfeng from Volvo concern.
The mod was taken from the pack by MingFeng.
