Mod SOUNDS ENVIRONMENT V1.1.5 for SPINTIRES V03.03.16

Added / replaced some game sounds, refueling, opening a garage, a power-saw bench (the difference in delivery and completion, receiving cargo) removed sneezing, added sounds of loading-dumping cargo, disengaging a trailer :) the assistant professor growls when the equipment is damaged :)

In the sound mode: added sounds of birds, animals, natural sounds of the environment, flying helicopter, corncob. Woodcutter, fallen trees.
Added chainsaw mod - cuckoo cooking (helpmesha - replaced the sound of the cuckoo by sneezing the driver, instead of bumping, running into mushrooms :).
The winch has a sound (Anton Trishin - the sound is replaced).
Sounds of duck hunting.
Moments background melodies and whistles (passages).
Other sounds at intelligence points (melody snippets). On the sawmill the sounds of electric saws, dog barking. Repair - restoration (sound mini-plot - natural sounds of the workshop).
