Mod No fog version 1.0 for Spintires (v1.3.3.)

For SpinTires v1.3.3, but there is a possibility that it will suit the 03.03.16 version.
This mod removes fog in the game.
Tested in a network game.

Installation:
Copy the media.xml file from the archive into the Media folder of the game itself.
