Mod Frog’s UTV version 1 for Spintires (v03.03.16)

At the request of the players, he made an UTV (Stock) envelope from MudRunner.

I cleaned the folder from unnecessary textures, tuned the suspension, added 2 add-ons.
A car for reconnaissance or rally racing.

It has:
- 3 of its add-ons;
- their sounds;
- can transport a garage and fuel;
