MOD UAZ 302 FOR SNOWRUNNER

In the fall of 1950, the UAZ-302 trucks were tested together with an experimental UAZ-300 truck and a serial GAZ-MM, but they were not recommended for serial production. However, this prototype served as a starting point for the development of the GAZ-56 truck, based on which, at the early stages of production, the GAZ automobile plant applied many elements of design solutions, such as a gearbox, a chassis, an onboard platform that were used on the UAZ-302.
