MOD KHAN 39 EXPLORER FOR SNOWRUNNER

The main purpose of this mod is to make Khan less depressed, with a status compared to the 800 scout, but it retains the original upgrades.

- Add a new car, the original and its addons will remain unchanged
- The center of gravity is adjusted so that it can now tip over if you reach an inclination above 40 degrees. (this is a nerf, I know)
- The new suspension is adjusted to be softer and more responsive, less headroom than the original.
- Gearbox with all off-road options, but slightly lower fuel consumption. (really minor)
- Share the tires with other scouts, this time without the big wheels.
- Six new offroad product tires, has good stats but still lags behind mud (so not OP, but looks good)
- Added addons from other cars, such as repairs and fuel.
- Some custom color sets.
