MOD AT-L FOR SPINTIRES: MUDRUNNER (V07.08.19)

Changes from the original:

- Changed responsiveness of controls;
- Reduced power;
- Changed gearbox;
- Changed the position of the driver's hands (now do not pass through the glass);
- Changed the position and color of the instrument plate;
- Changed the angle of the first person camera;
- Completely redesigned lighting;
- Removed hook points on tracks;
- Removed some default addons;
- Removed the passage mark (star) on the door;
- Increased the loading area for logs (now it's easier to load);
- Changed the position of dropping (logs no longer fall out of the body when dropping);
- Added fuel animation in the "Repair-garage parts" addon.

Texture changes:
- Repainted main textures;
- Created new textures speculars and normals;
- Increased transparency of glass;
- Fixed pink headlights.
