Changes: Pereteksturena model and Addons. Removed other theaters and their Addons, left one which rearranged Addons (loader, grader). Reduced engine volume and slightly redesigned sound, replaced by the sound of idling. Redesigned suspension (goes a little softer). Steeper steering.
There is an animation of the steering wheel. 
Carries 2-4-6-8 points of cargo. 
Modified light.
