Mod CARDS FROM TESTS V07.07.19  for Spintires: MudRunner (v22.03.19)

9 +1 maps from passing tests:
- intended for additional training
- now on each map you need to close 1 sawmill
- it is better not to replace starting vehicles (because of the plot)
- all cards in the version (season) summer
- if there are no loading points, logging - then there are logs on the map that need to be found
- new story: SERJ.46
- DLC required for maps to work: "valley", "ridge", "oldtimers"
