DASH has two pumps; large volume water pump with 13 hp Honda engine. Separate inductors allow operators to load multiple products before loading a fresh sprayer while maintaining chemical separation. After loading the chemicals into the appropriate inductors and attaching the sprayer, the filling and flushing process can be done from one central location at ground level next to the trailer.
When DASH is connected to a sprayer, chemicals can be delivered to the sprayer using centralized controls at ground level. Chemicals can be injected into the nebulizer individually by activating the control knob corresponding to the corresponding inductor. When the control handle is activated, two valves open. One valve at the bottom of the inductor opens, discharging chemicals under suction into the main water stream. The second valve opens to activate the inductor flush head, simultaneously flushing and unloading the inductor. Each inductor can unload in about 15 seconds; including a rinsing cycle that ensures complete delivery of chemicals and elimination of buildup of chemical residues. Based on testing and customer feedback, it takes less than 4 minutes to load 4 different chemicals into a 1200 gallon sprayer.
