Mod John Deere 8000/8010 Series v1.0.0.1 for Farming Simulator 2022 Changelog 1.0.0.1 As the 20th century drew to a close, John Deere was trying to develop its latest top-of-the-range row-crop tractor. Soundgard tractors have been the face of John Deere progress for the past two decades, but it's time to step up again. Born from a paper napkin during an airplane flight, the all-new 8000 Series is a huge step forward for John Deere. Debuting in 1995, the 8000 series is an impressive successor to the Soundgard 60 series. The four models cover a range from 179 to 252 horsepower. The 4560 was replaced by the 8100, the 4760 by the 8200, the 4960 by the 8300, and the top-of-the-line 8400 is the new largest row-crop tractor with 202 hp. on the drawbar and 252 hp. on the shaft. New features that set the 8000 Series apart from its predecessors were the industry's smallest row-crop tractor turning circle, a 16-speed powershift transmission, a redesigned cab, and the 8.1L engine available on the 1995-97 8400, which would later become standard on all 8000 models. For 1998, the 8000 tractors will receive some upgrades, including new decals and transmission upgrades for smoother shifting. Then, in 1999, John Deere introduced the 8010 series. Much like the 8000, the 8010 series featured fancy new decals, another transmission overhaul for smoother, harder shifting, interior upgrades, and engines. All 8010 models used the 8.1L engine first introduced in the earliest 8400 model. The 8000 Series tractors were an important transition into the new age for John Deere. These are John Deere 8000/8010 series tractors that have had so much work done in the various games that it's almost impossible to keep track of where they've been. This mod is based on an edit made by Dince Modding in FS19. However, this is not a simple transformation. All European components have been removed and this is a completely North American tractor. Many parts have been UDIMed and given new decals, and it even has real sounds taken from a John Deere 8410. The 8010 series tractors are by far my favorite tractors and a lot of knowledge and passion went into this project as a result. . Hope you like it!
