This landscaping tools mod allows you to paint and terraform anywhere. It doesn't matter if you own the land or not.
You can even terraform where the Placeables or the road are.

Ideal for correcting mistakes when placing an object too close to the road. It also allows you to fix ground offset and those pesky holes next to placeable items.
And, obviously, it's generally nice to be able to freely draw and terraform objects without any restrictions.
