Mod Horse Stable Rental v1.0.0.0 for Farming Simulator 2022

With the mod for renting a stable, you will only provide a stable and rent it out to horse owners.

Your only responsibility is to provide the necessary food, water and straw for the horses in the stable. The horse owners will take care of the rest.
They will take their horses for a ride and brush them.

Since you only provide a stable and don't own any horses, you won't be able to ride horses and sell them with the stable trigger. These triggers are deactivated for all horse farms if this mod is enabled.
However, you can still buy and sell horses using the pet shop menu. If you're interested in the "realism" that this mod provides, you shouldn't use the store to sell the owners' horses, as they won't be happy ;-).
Buying horses from the shop also doesn't make sense while you are using this mod as it will be a waste of money since you can't ride a horse.

Once you buy and place a stable, every hour the owner of the horse will rent a place in your stable until it is full capacity.

At the end of the day, you will receive rent from horse owners, which is currently $150 per horse per day.

But be careful, make sure that the horses always have food, water and straw available. If there is no food, water, or straw at the end of the day, horse owners will punish you by paying less rent.
