Mod Bunker Silo Utilities v1.0.0.0 for Farming Simulator 2022

This script adds the following features to bunker silos:
1. The hopper can be closed again after it has been opened to keep it from getting wet when it rains. This can also be used to fix a bug that prevents an open hopper from opening any further.
2. If the silo has not finished fermenting yet, it can be reopened for further filling. Thus, fermentation progress is lost.
3. The silo can be completely emptied.
4. The silo can be covered with various tarpaulins.
