After a long week of arranging your new home, you get the good news that your damn brown truck can be picked up at the dealership. You are ready to leave the past behind and start a new journey. You have accumulated $100,000 and now you have to decide what you want to do. The possibilities are endless!

You hear a loud knock on the front door that takes you by surprise. You wonder who it is because you don't know anyone in the area. You open the door and discover that it was the daily "Lake Providence Magazine", produced by none other than Clifford Powell II, a high school star quarterback, grandson of one of the local farmers, Clifford Powell.

The headline reads: "BECOME A LANDOWNER TODAY!"

You read on:
"Although the average land price in the states is about $12,000, in Lake Providence, Louisiana, land prices have been halved due to a decrease in demand for land in the area.

Currently, more than 100 fields ranging from just over 1 hectare to about 30 hectares are available at a price of $6,000 per hectare! Many come with extra land to do whatever they want!"

The fields are far from perfect, and the quality of roads is much lower than in large cities, due to a lack of city funding.
