Mod Rottne H21D Forestry Tree harvester v1.0 for Farming Simulator 2022

The original is converted from the game. The main goal was to get rid of this Rottne control scheme and replace it with the one we all know and love.

Added functions:

* All sounds work by default.

* All sounds work by default.

* Default crane control. (For example Komatsu)

* Cutting length 0.5-10 m, step 0.5 m.

* Additional crane chamber.

* Manually tiltable head.

* Grab with manual control.

* You can rotate the head while cutting wood. (It's a little awkward because of this feature, you need to have precise control over where the tree falls and rotate your head accordingly. But being able to stack the logs neatly is worth it.)
