  "Homer" 1991 release from Powell Motors triumphantly returns to Farming Simulator. Back in 1991, Powell Motors was in some kind of stagnation, as new designs disappointed the owner, Herb Powell. Like a bolt from the blue, Herby received a call from his half-brother Homer Simpson, whose existence he did not even suspect, since he was adopted in infancy. Herb decided that his company needed a new car that would appeal to the "average" American. Unfortunately, Homer's views on the ideal car were very different from the views of the average American. Despite the many objections of Herb employees, Herb encouraged Homer to follow his instincts when creating a car that American consumers would like to buy. Homer took over the project after Herb urged him to follow his instincts when it came to what kind of car he wanted. Unfortunately, Homer's creation was such a freakishly strange car, so costly to develop and had such a high price tag (approximately $82,000) that Herb's car company went bankrupt shortly thereafter and its building was acquired by Komatsu Motors.

Homer has two inflatable domes; one at the front and one at the back is designed for quarreling children and comes with additional restraints and muzzles. The sound of the engine makes people think: "The world is coming to an end, there are three signals (you can never find the signal when you are angry) that play "La Cucaracha", giant coasters, shag carpet, tail fins and a metal bowler hat as decoration of the hood.
