Mod 2003 Ford v2.0.0.0 for Farming Simulator 2022

2003 F350 big update

Added Ranchhand option, cb whip option, interchangeable front and rear plates.

Fixed missing interior details as far as I could (without buying a new model)

also added gasser variant 5.4 with sounds i recorded with irl 02 f150 (same 5.4 engine)

it's about working on building a functioning slip tank for it and more
