Z = switch between available download products.
U = Startup enabled or disabled.
Y = unloads things.
B = Toggle between unloading positions (guided by marker. Flexible unload marker

You can do more to control dump positions besides side selection (left, right, or rear of the trailer). You can move the dump marker in many directions once you have selected a side. See Additional keyboard shortcuts in the F1 help menu.
