The car is driven by a double-sided wide-angle cardan shaft at a speed of 1000 rpm. and extended Powerline service intervals. A cam overload clutch with a safety torque of up to 2500 Nm allows it to be aggregated with tractors of higher power classes and, thus, to ensure smooth passage of even a large row.
Input gearbox The robust gearbox with bevel gearbox is designed for tractors up to 330 kW. The input gearbox splits the power train into two sides. The first branch is for the drive of the feed rolls and the pick-up, and the second is for the drive of the sorting rolls. Rotor reducer Sufficiently sized straight-toothed spur gears are maintenance-free. The rotor gearbox is mounted outside the rotor shaft, which minimizes the distance between the bearings and therefore the stress on the rotor pin. The massive cast iron gearbox weighs 160 kg.
Cage roller drive The rollers are driven by a shaft (35 mm diameter) under the cover on the right side of the vehicle. The freewheel is also part of the drive. The rollers are driven by two bevel gears and a chain. The roller drive has a safety torque of 1500 Nm. Bottom Conveyor The bottom conveyor gearbox is located in the middle and drives both sides of the conveyor evenly.
