Completely changed the model PJ 40 '.

Added trailer attachment modules so that the Man and Slide on Tipper modules attach to the cargo trail (1), Big Tex (2) and PJ (3 joints, but only 2 at a time)

Added full Heavy Haul settings for each type of platform. Each one is a bit cheaper than if you bought the pieces separately.
