MOD KOTTE GARANT PT30000 V1.2.0.0 FOR FARMING SIMULATOR 2019

Here is our PT16000 conversion from Agrartechnick Nordeifel.

What was done:
A new spec and a new normal were created, and of course, bugs were fixed!
