The mod sets the actual duration of daylight (and night) at the moment.

This mod only changes the time of sunrise or sunset, but not the passage of time itself!

Since SCS has done a good job of implementing such a system, the time will vary depending on the location on the map. So the sun will rise earlier in Warsaw than in Paris. And in summer, the sun does not set in Oslo for longer than in Rome.
