The mod sets the actual duration of daylight hours (and nights) at the moment. This mod only changes the time of sunrise or sunset, but not the course of time itself! Because SCS has done a good job of implementing such a system, times will vary based on location on the map. So the sun will rise earlier in Warsaw than in Paris.
