The Škoda Octavia is a C-class car produced by the Czech company Škoda Auto a.s. The name of the current model (four generations since 1996) was borrowed from its predecessor, produced in 1959-1971. It is produced with liftback and station wagon bodies, with front transverse arrangement of gasoline or diesel engines, drive to the front or to all four wheels (4x4). At the moment (2019), the Octavia is the most popular Škoda model in history, more than 7 million units of all generations have been produced.
