V8 1996 Ibishu Pessima 0.7.0

The 1996 Ibishu Pessima. Speed isn't usually what comes to mind. Now it is.

Features:
- 378CUI Bruckell Moonhawk V8
- All supercharger options including a new Stage 5 with 2600HP
- Fully compatible powertrain system with AWD, RWD and FWD
- Cut hood
- Extreme performance radiator and oil cooler
- Race differentials and a welded rear diff
- 11 different configs, including one capable of 530km/h+
- Race rollcage

Known issues:
- Rear wheels wobble at high speed
- Wheels can explode when undergoing high torque, this issue isn't very common in my testing
- Transmission protrudes out into the interior slightly

Planned features:
- Wheelie bar
- Scoped/cowl hood
- Exhaust options
