MOD Driftbox Wheels Core 1.0 for BEAMNG.DRIVE

-The mod has been redesigned
-Removed unused wheels

Driftbox Wheel Core is a small special core required for my other mods to work properly, currently it only adds a few wheels that are used in about 7 configurations. But I'm starting to expand this core and make it more reasonable.
