Mod West Coast USA (Winter Edition) v3.1 for BeamNG.drive

Winter version of the good old map "West Coast of the USA". Snow? In California? How? Welcome to the world of BeamNG, where everything is possible. Literally.

What's done:
- Added snow
- Added several snowmen (there is a secret Santa on the map, good luck in finding him!)
- Adding custom snow objects.
- Added ice/snow to buildings, roads, trees, objects, etc
. - Fixed other various map information - info.json and spawn locations.
