On the map there is a residential complex with 3 houses with garages, a new small town, a small car repair shop in the city, shops, gas stations, a large logistics company, a place to rent campers, a supermarket, a donut shop, a wood-burning town hall, several gravel roads, a sawmill, a landfill, many new small houses with garages and much more!

If this version is too heavy for your PC, then you can download the previous version of East Coast, it is not much worse.
